[Inje University] 2026 GKS-U Application Guide

Inje University is currently recruiting students for the 2026 GKS undergraduate program.

Inje University is rooted in Paik hospital founded in 1941 and has 4 university hospitals, and has been recognized as one of the most prestigious private universities in Korea. Leiden University World Ranking 2024 shows that Inje University overall ranks #38 in Korea. Also, Inje ranked #42 in the country at QS ASIA University Rankings 2024. Most importantly, Inje has been selected as an Outstanding University for Managing GKS scholars in 2023. And selected as one of the 30 Global Institutions by the Ministry of Education, Inje University will receive 100 billion won in support over the next five years.

GKS students who are to study at Inje University will receive with a very comprehensive financial package which consists of a full tuition & fee, monthly stipend, round-trip airfare, health insurance, university hospital fee reduction, TOPIK application Fee, cultural tours, etc. Especially, GKS students from the Korean War participating countries can be granted F-2 Visa which allows long term residence and employment in Korea after they successfully finish the degree programs.

We are recruiting only for the following four GKS UIC departments under the University Track this year.

1) Department of AI Software

2) Department of Mechanical and Electrical Automotive Engineering

3) Department of Food Nutrition and Food Engineering

4) Department of Medical Information Technology

※ Applications submitted to departments other than the four UIC departments will be excluded from the evaluation process.

Students who wish to apply for other departments must apply through the Embassy Track.
