2024 Korea Day for High School Credit Students

Korean Education Affairs Section at the Korean Consulate in Toronto (Head: Jihoon Jang) held 2024 Korea Day on March 9th for High School Credit Course Students.

The first part of the event was the first round of the speech contest for 12 non-Korean divisions and 2 Korean divisions. For top 8 non-Korean participants will move on to the next round for next week's Toronto Korean Speech Contest 2024 on March 23rd at the University of Toronto. Two Korean participants were awarded at the event.

The second part of the event was a talent show for 44 students from 8 schools. Korean Education Affairs Section prepared a Korea Day Cup for the most-voted team. After the talent show, the audience voted for their favorite team, and the top 3 teams were awarded.
