Visit to the Korean Canadian Women’s Association (KCWA)

The Director of the Korean Education Centre in Canada, Ji-eun Lee, visited the Korean Canadian Women’s Association (KCWA) on Friday, January 30.

She held a meeting with KCWA staff, including Executive Director Eun-ju Kim, to discuss the certification of teachers. During the meeting, they engaged in an in-depth discussion on systematic ways to provide accurate information to support those who have obtained teaching qualifications in Korea but face difficulties in utilizing them in Canada, particularly regarding the conversion of Korean teaching credentials to Canadian teaching certification.
