Using the 5 key principles of manual handling helps to standardise the way teams move larger items together. Lifting larger items need more than one person and good coordination in a team effort. This synchronised effort prevents one individual from taking on more weight than another.

The announcement of the 2024 Korean Credit Program Video & Poster Contest results is truly inspiring! It’s amazing to see so many creative entries that reflect talent, innovation, and cultural appreciation. Participants have clearly put thought and effort into their visuals, storytelling, and design, making this contest a celebration of creativity. Just as selecting the right materials and techniques is crucial in crafting a standout piece, knowing the correct sewing machine needle sizes is essential for achieving precision and quality in textile projects. Attention to detail, whether in contests or sewing, truly makes all the difference in the final outcome.
