2025 KSAC 대학박람회가 지난 11월 29일(토)에 개최됐습니다. 캐나다한국교육원 이지은 원장은 이번 행사에 참여한 온타리오 지역 주요 10개 대학 학생회와 소통하고 그 노고를 격려했습니다. 한편 '2025 KSAC(Korean Student Association of Canada, 캐나다한인학생연합회) 대학박람회'는 캐나다 대학 입학을 희망하는 지역 고등학생 및 학부모에게 각 학교의 입시 및 학과, 생활 정보를 소개하고 상담을 제공하는 행사입니다. 온타리오 지역 주요 10개 대학의 입학 담당자와 학생회가 참여해 유학 및 입학 준비에 실질적인 도움을 얻을 수 있습니다.

캐나다한국교육원 이지은 원장은 지난 11월 28일(금), 캐나다한국인교육자협회(KCEN)에 참석했습니다. 이지은 원장은 기조연설에서 'AI 시대 교육자의 핵심 가치'를 주제로 빠르게 변화하는 교육 환경 속에서 교육자가 갖춰야 할 역할과 교사 역량 강화를 위한 가치 설정을 제안했습니다. 캐나다 내 한국계 교사들의 적극적인 연구 활동을 위해 전문 연구회 조직 등 지속적인 관심과 지원을 이어나가겠습니다.

2025 온타리오 한국어 학점반 교사 워크숍이 지난 11월 21일(금)에 개최되었습니다. 이번 워크숍에서는 한국어 학점반의 운영 현황을 공유하고 한국어 교육 발전과 학생 모집 확대를 위한 다양한 의견을 나누며 의미 있는 시간을 마련했습니다. 캐나다한국교육원은 앞으로도 교사분들의 네트워킹과 전문성 향상을 위한 자리를 지속적으로 마련하고 한국어 교육 활성화를 위해 다방면에서 최선을 다해 적극 지원하겠습니다.

The 2025 Ontario Korean Language Credit Course Teachers’ Workshop was held on November 21, 2025. During this workshop, we shared the current status of the Korean Language Credit Course program and exchanged various ideas to further advance Korean language education and strengthen student recruitment. The Korean Education Centre in Canada will continue to provide networking and professional development opportunities for teachers and will actively support the promotion and enhancement of Korean language education in various ways.
