2026 OKFriends Homecoming Young Camp (4th)

We invite overseas Korean young adults to visit their proud homeland, Korea.

Those interested in working or starting a business in Korea will be able to experience Korean workplace culture, learn about Korea’s employment and entrepreneurship environment, and grow into global talent contributing to mutual development between Korea and their countries of residence.

(Employment&Entrepreneurship Program for Young Adult Overseas Koreans)

(Mon–Fri, 5 days)

B. Qualification Overseas Korean young adults aged 26 to 34 (as of Sep. 14, 2026, the first day of the program) Location : Seoul metropolitan area, etc.


C. Main Programs

(Commmon) Orientation, opening and closing ceremonies (welcome lunch and farewell dinner), lectures on Korea’s work environment and culture, talk sessions and mentoring with overseas Koreans settled in Korea, networking among participants, and more

- (Employment Track) Resume and cover letter consultation, visits to Korean companies, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and more

- (Entrepreneurship Track) Special lectures on developing startup models, presentations on planning ideas, field visits for startup discovery, networking, and more


D. 참가 신청 Application Period : - Thu, Jun. 18, 2026Application deadline: 6 PM, Thu, Jun. 18 (KST) Eligibility & Preferred Applicants

- QualificationsOverseas Korean youth aged 26 to 34 (as of Sep. 14, 2026, the first day of the program)

- Residency Requirement: : Overseas Koreans currently residing abroad legally for five years or more

Overseas Koreans with foreign nationality, permanent residency, Korean nationals, adoptees, children of adoptees, and children from multicultural families

Must be in good physical and mental health, and able to fully participate in the program activities (e.g., training sessions, traveling)

Students involved in conflicts with the immigration control laws of the residing country are not eligible.

- Preferred Applicants :

Applicants with outstanding personal statements

(Motivation for applying, plans for employment or startup activities, personal background, migration background, and other details)

   Descendants of persons of distinguished services to independence or the State

    Overseas adoptees and children of adoptees


E. Application Method & Required Documents

Application Method :Applicants should visit www.korean.net, create an account*, and submit an application.

Applications must submit using their own account (Using parent’s or guardian’s account is not allowed). Required Documents Fill out the online application form in Korean or English.


F. Benefits for Participants Airfare Subsidy by Region(Fixed Amount by Region, North Americak 1,100,000 KRW) Accommodation and meals during the program

Program participation fees (including transportation costs)

Individual travel insurance.
